Many are not maintained according to schedule, so beware. Don’t pay less and get stuck with maintenance costs, pls. -Maintenance costs: Actually this BMW is not expensive to maintain not more than my previous Honda Accord, in fact even cheaper. Just don’t waste money with BMW Malaysia for servicing, they’ll cut your throat. Buy ori parts from distributors (I will give you contacts) and get a good mechanic to fix (I will recommend a good mechanic that I have used successfully) -Common problems with F10s: Steering rack is a common problem that many complain about but it is an easy fix, this car has been fitted with BMW steering rack kit from BMW Germany, because BMW Germany knows this issue they provided a kit to fix it. So the car feels like new. If you go to BMW Malaysia they’ll say need new steering rack RM12K LOL -Kilometers used: Don’t get carried away on KMs when buying a car. Keep in mind whether it was used mostly in the city or on highway, like this car was used on highways mostly. Also of course maintenance. I have full maintenance record with receipts. -Engine and gearbox: Most importantly when buying used cars, are the engine and gearbox, this car has a perfect engine and gearbox. Suspension all round have also been changed and brakes.
