Provides customer support, service and technical support through analysis and problem resolving  to enable installation,education, implementation and  documentation  of a variety of software technologies using communication or through phone to the client or the end user. Duties and Responsibilities: •Provide excellent services  through phone to  IT users/customer for basic  end user related software’s and desktop related systems. •knowledge of windows, Android, iOS and all other electronic application software and laptop function. •Manage to coordinating user set-up and upgrades. •Provide training to end users/customer. •Directly dealing with customers by email, social media and phone. •Resolves product or service problems by addressing customer complaint,determining the cause of the problem and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. •Monitoring customer records and information. •Records details of inquires,comments and complaints. •Perform other related duties as and when required. Requirements: •Age 28 & above. •Men & Female. •Malaysian citizen only. •2-5years of an experienced with IT software and customer services. •Bachelor Degree/Master in Science (IT/Computer science) •Meticulous details and customer oriented.
