MARKETING COORDINATOR TELESALES ROLE (NATIVE TAIWANESE) Location: Kuala Lumpur Salary : Negotiable during Interview Click here to APPLY the job Requirement: Age: 22 - 49 Spoken Language: English Must have Requirement: -BA/BS degree or equivalent sales experience  -Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing/online advertising organization.  -Familiarity with online advertising products and social media  -Fluency in English & Taiwanese -Must have exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills Additional advantage: -Self-driven with attention to detail and follow-through  -Ability to multi-task and work under pressure -Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills  JOB SCOPE: -Increase revenue by providing consultative advice to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels - chat, email and phone. -Sales reps will be working on different tailored Inbound and outbound sales programs supporting different segment of advertisers such as Novice, Intermediate, Advanced and possible future sales programs such as - but not limited to - agency, lead generation, advanced and churn programs.  -Make scheduled & receive live calls to SMB clients with responsibility for adopting optimal product solutions and growing revenue.  -Hit quarterly KPI targets – KPIs will vary by program and may include revenue, pitch & adoption rate, number of successful calls per day, talk time per day etc.  -Demonstrate the value of our SMB advertising solutions.  -Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products.  -Responsible for helping SMB clients drive results via their marketing campaigns through consultation, education and support. -Provide product and tool support to improve clients' experience and drive higher product adoption and spend  -Ability to identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients  -Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering.  -Champion and produce success stories for customers who have had success in growing their business by using our products have used our products to grow their business.
