Job : OPERATIONS MANAGER (INTEGRATED FACILITIES MANAGEMENT) Location: Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur Salary : RM5500 - RM8000 *MUST HAVE* -At least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or equivalent -Minimum 5 years experience in facilities management or equivalent -Proven experience in planning and managing facilities management services -Decent knowledge on external standards such as ISO 9001, MSQH, OHSAS 18001 and any management systems -Must have strong management capability and personality *OTHERS/ADVANTAGES* -Posses excellent oral and written communication skills -Must be familiar with Windows and MS Office *RESPONSIBILITIES* -Provide management and administrative responsibilities to all Engineering Services Facilities under care -Plan, organize and control facilities under charge to ensure smooth delivery of services to the customer -To provide timely feedback to SOM on FES operations. Ensure that all accounts under supervision are performing in terms of service delivery and profitability -Ensure that the standardized Edgenta UEMS program is implemented in every account under control and also in compliance with external standards such as ISO 9001, MSQH, OHSAS 18001 and any management systems that the organisation may subscribe to in the future -Support SOM in the handling of foreign workers, working very closely with HR Department -Participate in and assume responsibilities for the development of a favorable climate with the facility and a high level of customer satisfaction, especially that of the key decision-makers -To consciously promote the company and services that would promote lateral sales and the positive image of the company -To actively cultivate an image of professionalism, integrity and character as representative of the company. -To support the SOM in start-up activities, working very closely with all relevant departments and personnel to ensure total success and minimal interruptions to FES Operations -To carry out performance appraisal for Facility Managers, Facility Executives and Supervisors from time to time and to provide all necessary support in their career development as and when appropriate -To perform other duties as assigned by the SOM
